Terms of Service

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Last updated: October 2026.

1. Service provider

TRIAXION — Structural Engineering, based in Valencia (Spain), email contacto@triaxionestructural.com. The provider's full identification details are given in the Legal Notice.

2. Purpose and description of the service

TRIAXION provides a complete structural design service for solar carports and solar canopies which, according to the scope defined in the accepted quote, includes:

Language of the deliverables. We can assist clients in English, but the technical documentation is issued in Spanish, as required by Spanish authorities for permits.

Ground assumptions. If the client provides a geotechnical (soil) report, it is taken into account in the design. Otherwise, the foundations are designed assuming sound natural ground, an assumption verified by the on-site pull-out test carried out by the installer following the guide provided. If the ground shows anomalies (fill, high water table, expansive clays, rock, etc.), a geotechnical report and a revision of the design will be required and quoted separately.

In all cases only the structural design is delivered. Solar panels and the electrical installation are not included; their legalisation is the responsibility of an authorised installer unrelated to TRIAXION.

3. Contracting process

The client requests a quote through the website form, by email or by phone, providing the project details. TRIAXION sends a personalised quote stating the scope, price, payment method and delivery time. The contract is formed upon the client's express acceptance of the quote.

4. Prices and taxes

The price of each service is set in the quote, in euros, and states expressly whether VAT is included. The amount and its breakdown are detailed in the invoice issued by the provider.

Invoices are delivered in PDF format. The client's tax details (name or company name, tax ID and address) are requested only if the client asks for the invoice to be issued in their name, and are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy to comply with the provider's legal and tax obligations.

5. Payment

Payment is made in the manner and within the terms stated in the accepted quote (bank transfer or secure payment link). When paying by card through a payment link, card details are processed by the payment platform in its own secure environment; TRIAXION does not store or have access to the client's full card details.

6. Delivery times

The delivery time is stated in the quote according to the project scope and counts from acceptance of the quote, confirmation of the agreed payment and receipt of the necessary project information from the client.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU).

Applicable exceptions (Article 103 TRLGDCU). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, which are typical of TRIAXION's services:

Accordingly, if the client requests immediate start of the service, they give their express consent and acknowledge that, once the personalised design work has started, they lose the right of withdrawal for the part performed. This acknowledgement is obtained expressly when the quote is accepted, before work begins.

8. Liability and scope

The deliverables are technical documentation signed by a licensed engineer within the scope described in clause 2 and in the accepted quote. The design assumptions (in particular, sound natural ground when no geotechnical report is provided, subject to the on-site pull-out test) form part of the service conditions and are stated in the deliverable itself.

Revisions: the number of revisions included is stated in the quote. Any change, correction or extension outside the contracted scope, or beyond the included revisions, will be quoted separately.

9. Dispute resolution

Consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law; where the client is a consumer, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction as provided by law, and no other jurisdiction will be imposed.

10. Changes to these terms

The provider may amend these terms; the version applicable will be the one in force at the time of contracting.
